Privacy policy
asymmetrica.ai is the website for Asymmetrica, my one-person software and AI shop in Goa. The short version: this site doesn't track you. AsymmFlow has its own privacy policy, on its own site.
Updated September 2026: now covers WhatsApp as well as email.
What this site collects
Nothing in your browser. I don't run Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel or a Facebook Pixel. I don't set any cookies, first-party or third-party. There's no banner to dismiss because there's nothing to consent to.
One small thing your browser keeps. The mood switch (quiet, warm, playful) remembers your choice in your browser's own storage. It never leaves your device, and I can't see it.
Server request logs. This site is a set of static files served by Cloudflare Workers. Like any network that delivers websites, Cloudflare processes standard request details (IP address, request path, status code, user-agent and timestamp) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. I don't keep my own separate access logs, and I don't use this data for tracking or profiling.
What I do with email you send me
If you write to sarat@asymmetrica.ai, your message lands in an ordinary inbox hosted by Hostinger. I don't feed it into a CRM or a sales pipeline. I read it, reply, and move on. I keep it as long as the conversation is useful, then archive it.
What I do with WhatsApp messages
If you message me on WhatsApp, it goes to WhatsApp on my phone, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy covers how they handle it. I treat it like email: I don't feed it into a CRM, I keep it as long as the conversation is useful, and I'll delete our chat if you ask.
Links to other sites
Links to asymmflow.asymmetrica.ai are covered by that site's own policies. Links to other sites (WhatsApp, GitHub and the sources on Why local-first, for example) are covered by those services' policies. This site doesn't share any data with them.
Fonts
Every font is served from this site itself as a woff2 file. None are fetched from Google Fonts, so visiting this site doesn't contact Google.
Your rights
Because this site doesn't collect personal data, there's nothing to access, correct or delete on my side beyond the short-lived server logs, which expire automatically. If you've written to me and want our past messages deleted, write again and ask, and I will.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy materially, I'll update the "last updated" date below, and flag the change in a banner at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
