How I work
Living in Goa, maybe I've learnt a little of what people here call susegad. It's how I like to start a project: slowly, listening properly. Once I know what's really wrong, I build fast, and I build it to last.
Before any code, I dig into how your business actually runs: the people, the paperwork, the numbers. You get a written plan in plain words: what I'd build, what I'd skip, and why.
The smallest thing that genuinely fixes the problem, built well. I'd rather reuse a free tool you already have than sell you a new one.
Your accounts, your data, your keys, your code. Running costs like AI usage or hosting are billed to you directly or passed on at cost, never marked up. No subscription to me.
The AI helpers I build draft, read, sort and suggest, and bring the big things to you ready to go: a post, a payment, a change to a record. You give the nod.

These ranges are indicative: every project is different, and the final number depends on your case. But they're a reliable guide to where things usually land. I confirm the real number after a quick look at what you need, and the first conversation is free.

Back-office systems are priced one phase at a time, after I've looked at how you work.

Someone keeping an eye on things: updates, small fixes, tuning the AI as the models change, and a person to message when something looks off. Optional. Stop any time; the current month runs to its end.
Running costs such as AI usage, WhatsApp fees or hosting are billed to you directly or passed on at cost. Dollar figures are rough, for clients in the Gulf and beyond.
Fair questions
Yes. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, and the one who answers your WhatsApp. A team of AI agents does a lot of the typing, and the person you talk to is always me. For bigger jobs I bring in people I trust, never an offshore subcontractor.
Not a word. Describe the problem the way you'd describe it to a friend. Choosing the tools is my job, and I'll explain whatever you want explained, without the jargon.
Everything runs on your accounts, with your code and a written handover, so any decent developer can pick it up. You're never stuck with me. (I do plan on sticking around.)
Yes. PH Trading is in Bahrain. Most of the work happens over WhatsApp and calls; for Goa clients, I'm happy to come by for chai.
A fixed price for each phase, agreed before I start. Usually part up front and the rest at handover. No hourly meters running in the background.
