Service scope
Asymmetrica provides AI-assisted document workflows, research support, file processing, payment-linked credit access, and related productivity tools. Features may evolve over time, especially during pre-release and beta periods.
User responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you submit for processing.
- You should only upload material you have the right to use.
- You should verify critical outputs before using them for legal, financial, medical, or other high-risk decisions.
AI output and accuracy
Asymmetrica uses AI systems to help with search, extraction, translation, drafting, and document workflows. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing important results before relying on them.
Credits and purchases
Some workflows may require credits or paid access. Purchased credits do not expire unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment provisioning depends on successful confirmation from the payment provider. For billing or refund-related handling, please also review the Refund Policy.
Digital delivery
Asymmetrica provides digital services only. Access, credits, generated outputs, and workflow results are delivered through Telegram, the mini-app, or connected service outputs. No physical goods are shipped.
Availability
We aim for reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be updated, improved, limited, or retired as the system evolves.
Third-party services
Asymmetrica may rely on third-party infrastructure for OCR, storage, search, messaging, document conversion, and payments. Their service limitations can affect the experience.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or unlawful content processing. We reserve the right to limit or suspend access where needed to protect the platform, users, or operators.
Termination or suspension
We may limit or suspend access if the service is abused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that threatens platform reliability or safety.
Liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asymmetrica is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the service.
