How we typically work
- Small teams. Usually just the two of us; occasionally one trusted collaborator. We don't subcontract overseas.
- Fixed-price phases. We scope each phase, agree on outcome and price, then ship.
- Source code yours. No vendor lock-in. You own everything we build for you, top to bottom.
- Honest scoping. If we don't think we can help, we'll say so. If a simpler tool exists, we'll point you to it.
What we won't do
- Resell someone else's SaaS as a "bespoke" build.
- Build adversarial software (dark patterns, manipulative funnels, surveillance ops).
- Take on something we don't believe will actually help the customer.
